Five-Years of Protection Now Standard for Entire Raven Range
Brookfield, CT May 16, 2014 – Connecticut-based Pro A/V signal transmission and extension manufacturer Raven Research announces new extended length warranty terms for its entire range of products.
The existing three-year warranty term for Raven products has been increased to five-years, effective immediately.
“Given the commercial installations that Raven products are targeted at, we thought it would be a nice show of trust to increase our warranty terms and provide installers and integrators just a little bit more piece of mind,” offered Raven Research founder Chris Miller.
Current product falling under the five-year warranty umbrella include the SX3100 Transmitter/Receiver pair, which extend high-definition digital video, audio, RS-232 and USB over Cat5/6 to 160 meters/525 feet and the companion SX3107 Distribution Amp and Signal Extender, which allows for the distribution and extension of digital media to any number of endpoints.
All future Raven offerings will also carry the new five-year warranty terms.
